1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and fc187.org ("fc187," "we," "us," "the Company") governing your access to and use of the fc187 online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, payment facilities, and any other features made available through the website at fc187.org and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration and Know Your Customer (KYC)

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the fc187 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fc187 will determine, at its sole discretion, which account is the "primary" account; all other accounts will be closed.

3.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture.

3.3 KYC Verification

fc187 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and as part of responsible gaming obligations. You agree to provide the following documentation upon request:

• A clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, Passport, LTO Driver's License, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID);

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. fc187 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your fc187 account upon confirmation of receipt from the payment processor — GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited within seconds.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts verified as belonging to the account holder (i.e., the same identity as the KYC-verified fc187 account). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified. fc187 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for verified accounts using GCash and Maya. 4.4 Currency

The Platform's primary operating currency is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits in other currencies, including cryptocurrency, are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. fc187 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

fc187 is subject to Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. Transactions and account activity are monitored for suspicious patterns. fc187 may freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) without prior notice to the account holder where required by law. Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity is prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards ("Bonuses") offered by fc187 are subject to these Terms and any specific bonus terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail over these general Terms for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the fc187 Platform are governed by individual Game Rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the applicable Game Rules. 8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fc187 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party gaming software or services accessible through the Platform.

fc187's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fc187 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by fc187

fc187 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe; breach of these Terms; receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder; direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority; and identification of account activity inconsistent with responsible gaming obligations.

11.2 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your fc187 account at any time by contacting fc187 support. Upon closure, any available balance (after deduction of pending bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Accounts subject to pending investigations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

12. Dispute Resolution

13. Amendments to These Terms

fc187 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change, except where a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from or connected with them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The PAGCOR regulatory framework and all applicable Philippine statutes — including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended), and the SIM Registration Act (Republic Act No. 11934) — apply to fc187's operations and your use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
